Americans offer two type of device, "ReWalk": personal and rehabilitation. Both of them are wearable robotic exoskeleton that provides powered hip and knee motion, allow people with spinal cord injuries to stand, walk, turn, and climb and descend the stairs. In the same way as their Russian colleagues, they located in several clinics, so that people had the opportunity to rehabilitate. Rehabilitation option is slightly different from the personal in both cases. The cost of Russian of the invention is approximately 26 000 dollar, the American counterpart will cost 104 000 dollar.

In crutches "ExoAtlet" built-in sensors, clicking on which the machine sits and stands up. But the "ReWalk" belts tighten themselves after a change of body position.

Both devices can not yet replace the wheelchair. The exoskeleton requires the constant presence of a second person next, and move it for a long time very hard.

Nevertheless, the appearance of both gadgets is a breakthrough in the world of medicine and we will monitor the development of these models, because it is a way to make the world a better place.
